Alchemy is an exclusive colorway inspired by the art of turning the ordinary into something extraordinary. A self-striping sock that feels equal parts knitting and magic. 

This colorway was designed in collaboration with Nicole C. Méndez, who specializes in dyeing self-striping sock yarn and dyed the yarn for Alchemy Knits. The colorways Spellbook, Elixir and Herbology are part of the same collection.

About the yarn & dyeing process

The yarn is made in Germany by Atelier Zitron and is certified according to high Oeko-Tex Standards. The yarn is then dyed by Nicole C. Méndez. She dyes with various acid colors. All skeins are carefully fixed, washed, and thoroughly washed by hand with wool detergent.
